Sudah beberapa hari ini istri saya mengeluh karena merasa gak pernah berlangganan layanan dari mentari indosat 7701. Dia bingung gak bisa unreg 7701 karena gak pernah mendaftar layanan 4 angka seperti ini dan tiap hari pulsa kepotong karena mendapat kiriman terjemahan ayat-ayat Al Qur’an. Ndak tahu ini sebagai modus baru atau apa yang jelas perbuatan ini sangat merugikan konsumen pengguan IM3 dan Mentari, walaupun isi dari konten dari terjemahan al quran.

Tidak tahu ini salah siapa, yang jelas ketika kemarin ke kantor indosat, customer service indosat juga tidak tahu menahu tentang layanan ini (kuk bisa gitu loh) dan dia menyarankan “ibu sementara pulsanya gak usah diisi dulu biar tidak dikirimin konten” (dhieeng, sekali lagi jawaban yg gak mengenakkan). Indosat harusnya concern terhadap permasalahan seperti ini, masak ada layanan dari jaringannya sampe gak tahu, kan aneh. Kalo mau meningkatkan omset penjualan pulsa jangan gini donks caranya (apa karena kalah saingan ama sule ya?!?).
